Made from an oval-shaped Bailer shell, and an elaborate chord of woven fibre and carefully graded nassa shell ornaments and dogs teeth, called sanya in the Sepik language. These are also valuable as currency throughout the region.

Size: 42 cm (length, top of chord to bottom of shell) 13 cm (width, shell).
