We use recycled packing materials where possible. We are flexible as long as we are informed. We wash, clean and disinfect all our items as best as we can. Some older items may have stains, discoloring or residue which may be hard to remove. We do not polish Metalware as some customers prefer the original patina. Our bookshelves are disinfected at regular intervals with anti bacterial spray.

We try to use organic cleaning products where possible. Please read our item description thoroughly in order to be fully aware of the condition of the item. We ensure that all our customers and suppliers receive appropriate feedback in a timely manner.
