This is a genuine, finely detailed, wood carved Papua New Guinea standing ancestor from Timbunke Village. Painted with two dark pigments that highlight features and incised designs throughout the figure's body. Cowrie shell eyes, feather hair, fiber skirt, and fiber earrings.

Some might call this a fertility figure. 25.5" tall on stand x 5" wide. This is a larger size than most.
