PAPUA NEW GUINEA ARTISAN TOTEM STYLE HAND CARVING AND HAND PAINTED. For sale is a carved wooden artisan carving from Papua New Guinea depicting two male figures - one on top of each other in opposite positions on a colorful base.

Acquired from a PNG collector to compliment his collection. Very impressive piece but slowly trimming my own collection. Cannot find cracks but does have minimal paint wear. Age based on previous owner 1990's to very early 2000's.

Impressive wooden carving from one piece of wood - enhanced with colorful colors. Hard to see in pictures but the back is uneven chiseled wood (not a flat plank). One of a kind piece!
