My grandfather was given this bone knife from a missionary to Papua New Guinea pre-WW2. It has been in our family ever since but should go to a better home. The bone knife features ornate etchings, shell/beadwork, animal hair/feathers, and knotted art woven cloth on top.

The bone is about 13-14 inches long (not including the feathers). Our research shows this is from the Latmul Tribe, please let me know if you have any questions.
