This is a Beautifully Carved and Rare Red Painted Wood Paddle Fragment from the Top of a Paddle from the Warapu Village of Sissano Lagoon, West Sepik Province, Papua New Guinea. The ornamental motifs adorning these paddle fragments are clear expressions of a local clan symbols of a particular location or a tribe.
