Sepik River Papua New Guinea Carved Canoe Prow, 14 inch on metal stand

Sepik River Papua New Guinea Carved Canoe Prow, 14" L, 6" W, 6 H on metal stand. This Prow has great snout carvings on top of the crocodile head. Canoe Prows are from the front end of a carved canoe. These are cut from no longer used boats. These are carved not for tourist but for them so these are unique original carvings. This piece has a custom metal base to give it a firm platform to display from. All of the pieces we sell were collected by Ron Perry.
