Wonderful Vintage Sepik River New Guinea Hand Carved House Board /Mask 1960's

This vintage Sepik River Papua New Guinea hand carved house board or paddle, mask totem was bought in the 1960's by my father who traveled extensively in the area from the late 50's to 60s. I have included a picture of a postcard he sent me from there during that time period/. It is beautiful carved wood with a natural patina. It has an intricate, primitive face surrounded by geometric carvings. Size: L app 24 inches including stick, without stick app 17 1/2 in app 6 in W 1 in depth at stick.
